An AMR RFQ usually crosses low-voltage drive, battery and BMS, charger or docking contacts, LiDAR and camera interfaces, safety scanner or bumper signals, host compute and serviceable wiring.

ENGINEERING FILES / CONTROLLED ACCESS NOTES

Public previews can support early screening, but original STEP/STP files, complete drawings, internal BOMs and supplier-sensitive records require controlled access review through RFQ. Application pages prepare that context; they do not auto-release engineering files.

AMR file requests should identify the chassis, battery/BMS, charger or docking hardware, sensor models and the exact mounting or wiring decision the document must support.

Procurement Fit

Catalog

Use Products when a motor, reducer, force sensor or other component family is already defined and the request is primarily model selection or quotation.

Custom Build

Use Custom Builds when battery leads, sensor branches, FAKRA/Ethernet runs, connector orientation, shielding, bend radius or enclosure routing must follow the chassis.

Integration Package

Use an Integration Package when drive, power, docking, sensing, safety or electrical interfaces must be reviewed together against the mobile base architecture.

Engineering Files

Use Engineering Files when STEP/STP, mounting drawings, wiring diagrams, pinouts, BMS records, charger documents or traceability data block procurement review.

Not the right path if

This page is not the right path for certified machine-level safety validation, autonomous navigation validation, fleet software deployment or a complete deployed AMR without customer-side system integration and validation.

  • Identify missing electrical, mechanical, sensing and safety interfaces before quotation.
