Cookie Policy

Cookie Policy

This notice explains how cookies and similar storage support site security, RFQ context, saved RFQ items and local preference behavior in the current implementation.

What cookies are

Cookies and local browser storage help a website remember session state, theme preference or saved workflow context. Browser storage is used locally for saved RFQ items.

Necessary cookies

Necessary cookies support security, session handling, form protection and basic site operation. These are used where applicable to keep the RFQ and file-request workflow stable.

Analytics cookies

Google Analytics 4 is configured with measurement ID G-G3N4YYWBST to measure aggregate page use and confirmed RFQ or engineering-file-request events. Analytics storage is denied by default and is enabled only when the visitor grants analytics measurement. RFQ form contents, uploaded engineering files, names, work emails and company names are not sent as analytics event parameters.

Advertising measurement

Search-ad attribution and confirmed lead measurement may be enabled when the visitor grants advertising measurement. Google Consent Mode v2 communicates analytics and advertising choices to Google. Personalized advertising and remarketing are not enabled in the current rollout.

Marketing cookies

The current implementation does not include LinkedIn Insight, HubSpot tracking, Meta Pixel, CRM tracking, chat widgets or personalized retargeting pixels. Any future remarketing program requires a separate review and an updated consent choice.

RFQ / session cookies

RFQ context, saved RFQ items and form state may use cookies or local storage so users can submit several items as one engineering request.

Cookie settings

Visitors can accept, reject or customize non-essential measurement and can reopen Cookie Settings from the site footer. Necessary storage remains active for security, forms and saved preferences. Browser settings can also block or delete cookies, but blocking necessary cookies may affect RFQ or file-request workflows.

Third-party tools

Google is the third-party provider used for Google Analytics 4 and, when configured, Google Ads conversion measurement. EmbodyStack does not currently represent other advertising, retargeting, CRM tracking or chat-widget tools as active.

How to opt out

Visitors can reject non-essential measurement in the consent dialog, change their selection through Cookie Settings, clear browser storage or adjust browser privacy controls.
