Prohibited and prior-approval application restrictions for EmbodyStack products, files and engineering services.

“EmbodyStack,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the EmbodyStack brand and, for a transaction, the contracting entity identified in the applicable quotation, order acknowledgement, invoice or signed agreement.

Restricted application boundary

EmbodyStack products and services may not be used for weapons, nuclear critical functions, life-support systems, flight-critical control or autonomous targeting, selection or strike applications.

Other applications in which failure could reasonably result in death, serious injury, substantial environmental damage or loss of a public-safety function require prior written approval.

A quotation, technical discussion, sample, file release or absence of an objection does not constitute approval for a restricted application.

A standard holding brake is not represented as a safety brake unless the Exact SKU is expressly identified and documented as safety-rated.
