Product, Engineering Services & Compliance Notice

EmbodyStack accepts product orders and engineering requests from companies, OEM manufacturers, system integrators, automation companies, universities, research institutions, government organizations, distributors, purchasing agents and industrial end users.

Company or institutional identification is required. Requests submitted using personal email addresses may be subject to additional verification.

EmbodyStack does not operate as a consumer retail store and does not market products for personal, family or household use unless expressly stated in writing.

Unless expressly stated in an accepted quotation or signed statement of work, EmbodyStack supplies components, subassemblies, modules, configurable product platforms and engineering-support deliverables.

EmbodyStack does not supply a completed robot, completed machine, completed safety-control system, fully certified machine, turnkey production line or finished medical device.

Product-selection assistance, technical discussions or engineering comments from EmbodyStack do not transfer these responsibilities unless a signed statement of work expressly states otherwise.

Website content is provided for product discovery, preliminary engineering evaluation and RFQ preparation.

Specifications, operating ranges, images, drawings, calculated values, comparison data, lead times, file status and availability may be updated before order acceptance.

Product media may represent an Exact SKU, a shared product platform, a representative product, a verified CAD render or an approved illustrative visualization.

Where material, the applicable media scope will be identified.

Illustrative images, AI-assisted visualizations, CAD renders and browser previews must not be treated as Exact-SKU photographs, manufacturing drawings or dimensional acceptance documents unless expressly identified as such.

Published ratings apply only under the stated operating conditions, assumptions, tolerances and test methods.

Customers must independently verify applicable:

Peak ratings must not be treated as continuous ratings. Platform-level values must not be treated as Exact-SKU values unless expressly identified as applicable.

No product is represented as CE, UKCA, UL, CSA, FCC, RoHS, REACH, safety-rated or otherwise compliant unless the applicable page or order documentation identifies:

Component-level conformity does not establish conformity of the customer’s complete machine or system.

EmbodyStack may provide product selection, feasibility review, parameter matching, structural customization, winding or electrical customization, connector and harness customization, joint-module customization, battery-pack customization, drawing preparation, 3D-model preparation, prototype support, testing, small-batch production, production supply, integration guidance and software or control support.

Services may be provided either as preliminary engineering assistance or as contract deliverables with defined acceptance criteria.

Unless expressly included in a signed statement of work, services do not include:

Results depend on the completeness and accuracy of customer-provided requirements.

Prototypes, samples, preliminary drawings, derived models and engineering-evaluation files are not approved for production use unless expressly marked Released for Production.

Customer approval of a drawing, specification or sample confirms the approved revision and stated acceptance criteria. Changes after approval require written change control and may affect performance, cost, lead time, tooling, minimum order quantity, validation and documentation.

Products and services may not be used for weapons, nuclear critical functions, life-support systems, flight-critical control or autonomous targeting, selection or strike applications.

Other applications in which failure could reasonably result in death, serious injury, substantial environmental damage or loss of a public-safety function require prior written approval.

Absence of an objection, technical discussion or quotation does not constitute approval for a restricted application.

Products, technology, software and engineering services may be subject to United States and other applicable export-control and sanctions laws.

Customers must provide accurate end-user, end-use, destination, installation-country, consignee and transfer information when requested.

EmbodyStack may delay, suspend, reject or cancel a quotation, order, shipment or engineering-file release while compliance review is pending.

Products, files and services may not be exported, reexported, transferred, disclosed or used in violation of applicable law.

Unless otherwise stated in an accepted quotation, EmbodyStack products are covered by a limited warranty for twelve months from the shipment date.

The warranty does not apply to failure caused by improper storage, excessive inventory time, use outside specified limits, incorrect installation, inadequate cooling or protection, unauthorized modification or repair, incompatible peripheral equipment, abnormal contamination, shock or vibration, or unauthorized restricted use.

For a valid warranty claim, EmbodyStack may, at its option:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EMBODYSTACK’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM A PRODUCT, SERVICE OR ORDER WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EMBODYSTACK WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFIT OR REVENUE, PRODUCTION DOWNTIME, DATA LOSS, SUBSTITUTE-PRODUCT COST, REMOVAL, REINSTALLATION, RETESTING, RECALL OR DOWNSTREAM SYSTEM COSTS.

Nothing in this notice excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
