Export-control, sanctions, end-user, end-use and controlled technical data requirements for EmbodyStack transactions.
“EmbodyStack,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the EmbodyStack brand and, for a transaction, the contracting entity identified in the applicable quotation, order acknowledgement, invoice or signed agreement.
2. Required Information
Customers must provide complete and accurate information regarding:
- purchaser;
- final end user;
- end use;
- consignee;
- destination country;
- installation country;
- resale or transfer;
- government, military or restricted-use involvement.
3. Customer Obligations
Customers may not export, reexport, transfer, disclose or use any product, file, technology or service in violation of applicable law.
4. Review Hold
EmbodyStack may delay, suspend, reject or cancel a quotation, order, shipment or engineering-file release while compliance review is pending or where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law.
