Upload guidelines for RFQ and file requests.

Upload only files you have the right to share and that are relevant to the engineering review. The RFQ form currently accepts project attachments for custom build and integration review contexts.

20 MB maximum per uploaded file

Appropriate project inputs

Drawings, wiring diagrams, connector photos, pinout drafts and routing sketches.
PDF specs, interface control documents, BOM context and requirement documents.
Files used to explain the robot application, subsystem, build stage and engineering review purpose.

Do not upload

Executable files or scripts.
Files you do not have rights to share.
Unrelated confidential data.
Personal data.
Export-restricted files without authorization.
Supplier-sensitive documents without permission.

Security and review note

Uploaded files are project review inputs. The public workflow does not claim completed malware scanning; suspicious files may be rejected, and executable content is not accepted.
