How uploaded files are handled
Uploaded drawings, STEP/STP files, PDF specs, pinouts, wiring diagrams, interface control documents, BOM context, photos or sketches are handled as project review inputs and should not be uploaded without sharing rights.

Where needed for the requested service, EmbodyStack may share limited project information with suppliers, manufacturing partners, engineering reviewers or service providers to assess technical fit, availability, quotation, delivery, document release, security or website operation. Information is limited to the context reasonably needed for that purpose.

Information may be processed in the United States and other regions where EmbodyStack, its service providers, suppliers or review teams operate. Appropriate contractual, access and operational safeguards are applied according to the processing context.
