RFQ submission does not create an ecommerce order, purchase obligation or automatic file release.
RFQ is not an order
Submitting an RFQ starts a review process. Pricing, availability, lead time and commercial terms require confirmation.
Product information can change
Product descriptions, parameters, file status and availability may change and should be confirmed before design freeze or purchase decisions.
Engineering files are review-based
Engineering file requests may require business identity, project context, access-level review and supplier release conditions.
No automatic CAD / STEP / BOM release
Native CAD, STEP/STP, full drawings, internal BOM and supplier-sensitive records are not automatic downloads.
Documentation does not certify final systems
Documentation supports review. It does not certify the final robot, machine, installation or intended use.
User responsibility for uploaded files
Users are responsible for ensuring they have rights to upload or share drawings, BOMs, photos, specs and other technical files.
Prohibited use
Requests must not be used for unauthorized supplier file access, bulk scraping, export-control evasion, illegal surveillance or restricted system misuse.
No scraping / bulk download / reverse engineering
Bulk extraction, automated scraping, reverse engineering of controlled files or attempts to bypass access controls are not permitted.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, use of the site and review workflow remains subject to project-specific confirmation and agreed commercial terms.
Changes to terms
These terms may be updated as site workflows, suppliers, products or legal requirements change.
