MOTOR AND ACTUATOR INTEGRATION

Confirm continuous and peak operating points, load inertia, acceleration, shock, radial and axial loading, mounting accuracy, cooling, drive compatibility, encoder interface, braking behavior and fault response.

A standard holding brake is not represented as a safety brake unless the Exact SKU is expressly identified and documented as safety-rated.

Mechanical stops, guards, interlocks, emergency functions and system-level functional safety remain the responsibility of the machine manufacturer and system integrator.
